The client chooses the services they require and the frequency at which they are carried out.
We visit the client and undertake an assessment of the support needs and agree with the client what services are to be undertaken, the number of hours per visit and the frequency of visits The client chooses the services they require and the frequency at which they are carried out.
Clients attending medical appointments will be provided with trained professionals who will be able to assist the client with the appointment and subsequent actions.
At all times the client is in control and can cease the service at any time.
